The Fuller Law Firm, PC Promise
We Believe Each Client Deserves Outstanding Service
Because of that, we promise each client will receive:
A prompt appointment for your free consultation
Waiting is no fun if you are facing financial difficulties. At The Fuller Law Firm, PC, we don’t want you to wait! In most instances when you call our office, we will give you an appointment for a free consultation with a senior attorney the same day you call. If a same day appointment is not possible, we will make every effort to make sure you get to meet an attorney within one or two business days.
Why Choose The Fuller Law Firm, PC?
A thorough initial consultation
For your initial consultation, you will meet an experienced bankruptcy attorney who is a partner in our law firm. Your attorney will spend approximately 45 minutes to an hour, analyzing your particular situation. You will not get a sales presentation from a paralegal. You will not get a three-minute meeting with an attorney. You will not meet a novice attorney who just decided to dabble in bankruptcy law. In most cases, after the initial consultation, our clients understand exactly how bankruptcy will help them.
No hard sell
In the initial consultation, we want to help you understand your options. We will not pressure you to sign up. There is no hard-sell. If we believe bankruptcy is not in your best interest, we will let you know. If we believe you should take certain steps, or wait a certain period, before filing bankruptcy, we will let you know. At The Fuller Law Firm, PC, your best interest is always – always - more important than “making a sale.”
A detailed list of what is needed for your bankruptcy
At The Fuller Law Firm, PC, we understand that each bankruptcy case is different. That’s why, after the initial consultation, we give each client a detailed and customized list of items we need to prepare the petition.
A quick turn-around
Our clients are usually suffering from tremendous financial and emotional pressure. We want to help them as quickly as possible. If our clients drop off all the necessary items, we can usually have a first draft of the petition ready within one or two days.
An attorney to explain the petition
When you are ready to sign the bankruptcy petition, you will meet an attorney who will spend time with you and go over the petition with you.
A knowledgeable staff
Many of your questions can be answered by a non-attorney. Let’s say you want to know your case number, or maybe you forgot the time and date of your next meeting, or the name and address of your trustee. You won’t have to reach an attorney. Our office staff will gladly help you with these, and many other tasks.
Care about your case
We care about your case and will be there with you every step of the way.
Please contact us online or call (408) 465-4472 now to schedule a free consultation to determine the ideal solution for you.
